Description

The UAV’s aerospace-grade carbon-fiber composite airframe, developed and fabricated in-house by RoboClave Composites, provides exceptional stiffness and low vibration—critical for aerial imaging and precision sensor performance. The quick-mount gimbal interface supports a range of payloads including RGB, thermal, and LiDAR sensors, with vibration isolation ensuring sharp and distortion-free imagery.

Skywing 90 operates on DroneVation’s KKA Flight Controller, a next-generation autopilot system with multiple flight modes—Stabilize, Loiter, Auto, and RTL—and integrated safety layers like geofencing, failsafe return, and mission recovery. Combined with dual GPS-Compass redundancy and RTK/PPK-enabled positioning, it achieves centimeter-level accuracy, making it ideal for survey-grade deliverables.

Communication reliability is ensured through dual-link telemetry with a range of up to 15 km, while the smart Li-ion battery system from LiHi Energy provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature for operational safety and extended life cycles.

The Foldable Skywing 90 caters to teams needing portability and quick transitions between sites, while the Unfoldable model is tailored for operations demanding maximum stability and extended endurance.
