Roboclave Smart Composites is a fully integrated aerostructure manufacturing facility engineered for next-generation drone and aerospace platforms. The process begins with precision CNC machining of molds, tools, and structural components. With automated cutting, digital layup guidance, intelligent fiber placement, and AI-assisted monitoring, Roboclave ensures every laminate meets strict aerospace standards.

Autoclaves, vacuum infusion, out-of-autoclave curing, and resin transfer molding create structurally superior, lightweight components with repeatable quality. The entire lifecycle—from design to manufacturing—is streamlined with digital traceability, rapid prototyping, and scalable production workflows.

With complete in-house capabilities including material handling, CNC tooling, lamination, curing, assembly, and quality validation, Roboclave is a one-stop solution for drone and aerospace manufacturers.
